People may think you're required to be big and burley to be a mover but that's not the case. While we do have our fair share of heavy lifting required you may be surprised at the shapes and sizes at 2Brothers. What's more important to us here at 2Brothers is professionalism, good positive attitude, overall fitness, and a commitment to customer happiness.

There really is no typical day at 2 Brothers. You may be moving the weatherman and his weather station from one part of Portland to next, heading out to Bend on an Regional move, or taking a short jog to a houseboat to deliver a couch. The common thread each day is our commitment to the customer. This means that 2 Brothers will work until the job is completed. While this can make for some very long days (twelve hour days are not unusual), a seven to nine hour day is typical. Whatever the length, being part of a fun, hard working, professional crew makes a tough day that much more enjoyable.

We take great pride in our unique and fun culture and as such we prefer to promote from within. With an aggressive growth strategy, not only do we encourage employees to rise through the ranks, we depend on it. The majority of our management started their careers at 2 Brothers as a mover. As our company has grown we have added positions in Management, Sales, Estimation, Operations, Move Coordination, Marketing and more - all from those who started their career as a mover.

Each day by 6pm we assign jobs based on the customers needs and the availability of our team. Employees can access their schedule on a mobile phone including the details of who they are working with and some details about the move.
